The March 2025 LōD Product Update focuses on reducing repetitive work, improving site organization, and fixing key issues that affect real-time control and data accuracy.
This release includes a new method to map miners by IP, default behaviors that prevent common mistakes, and faster tools for managing devices in bulk — all designed for operators managing high-density environments or multiple subaccounts.
If you’re using static IPs, you can now tie each IP address to a fixed location on the sitemap. When a replaced device keeps the same IP, it will appear exactly where it belongs — without manual remapping.
This makes it easier to track and manage miner movement, especially across large sites. We’ve also added coordinate labels to the map, so you can pinpoint any device without counting rows and columns.
All new Rails and Manual Commands are now created with Closed Loop set to ON by default. This means commands will continue to be monitored and re-applied if conditions change.
This default setting removes the risk of missed configurations and helps keep operations consistent, especially when managing rules across different teams or time zones.
Our sitemap is now more actionable! You can:
These updates are particularly helpful for on-the-ground teams and technicians who need to take action without switching views.

We’ve made it easier to manage hundreds of PDUs or ASICs at once! Here’s an overview:
Several access issues tied to custom roles have now been fixed, including:
On the API side:
/api/racks now includes rack names/racks/{rack_id}/asics have been addressedFor teams managing multiple locations or customers, the Subaccount Summary Page now supports automatic grouping by tags or site location. This improves clarity when switching between groups and simplifies reporting across distributed sites.
At LoD, we strive to improve our user experiences. We continuously work on on-site automation tools, easier onboarding for large-scale operations, and deeper integration with power market strategies. Your feedback directly shapes our roadmap.
